For those with dietetic qualifications

  • Information for people with Australian-recognised dietetic qualifications.
  • People in this category must have successfully completed a DAA accredited course or successfully passed the dietetics examination for overseas trained dietitians.
  • For those currently enrolled in a DAA accredited course there is a student category.

Associate Membership (Full or Student)

  • Information for people who do not have dietetic qualifications, but who have nutrition qualifications or are enrolled in a nutrition course.

Affiliate Membership (Overseas)

  • Information for dietitians living outside Australia, who are current full members of an overseas national dietetic association which is recognised by the International Confederation of Dietetic Associations.

Certified Proof

In order to apply for DAA membership, you must provide certified copies of proof of your qualifications or proof of enrolment. This proof is different for each category of membership. Please see Evidence and Certification to see what you need to provide.
