Examination venues and dates
Current Examination System
The final sitting of the written case study dietetics examination will be held at universities in selected major Australian cities on July 5, 2012. The oral examination will also be offered on this date.
Eligible candidates may apply to sit both the written case study examination and the oral examination on the same day at the July 2012 sitting although this may vary depending on the venue and the number of candidates sitting.

Implementation of Revised Examination System
From September 2012, the written MCQ Examination in Dietetics will be offered in major Australian cities and at selected overseas locations via an Exam Clearing House system in both March and September each year. Written MCQ examination dates are published after confirmation by the Exam Clearing House.
On successful completion of the written MCQ examination you will be eligible to sit the next available sitting of the oral examination which will be arranged after the results of the written examination are available according to demand. At this stage the oral examination must be completed in Australia.

This list is a guide only as venues are determined by the Exam Clearing House. Venues for the oral exam sittings will be determined according to demand. Cities and dates for the sittings of the examinations will only be confirmed after receipt and finalisation of all applications. See Examination applications and closing dates.
