8 bamboo skewers

500g rump steak, cut into strips

2 red capsicums, cut into cubes

1 red onion, cut into wedges

1/4 cup reduced-salt soy sauce

2 Tbsp honey

  1. Soak skewers in cold water for 10 minutes.
  2. Thread beef strips, capsicum and red onion alternatively onto skewers, then brush with combined soy sauce and honey.
  3. Heat a grill pan to medium high and cook for 5-6 minutes each side, brushing with remaining soy and honey sauce. Serve with salad.
