  • 1 can of black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 small can of corn, rinsed and drained
  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 green capsicum, sliced
  • Shredded cheese, such as cheddar or mozzarella
  • Wholemeal tortillas, to serve
  • Jalna Greek Natural Yoghourt, to serve
  • Lime quarters, to serve
  • Coriander, stalks removed to serve

  1. Arrange all ingredients on a table in bowls and on plates
