Tahini-banana overnight oats

  • 1 cup yoghourt of your choice
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat milk
  • 1 large banana
  • 2 tbsp tahini

  1. In a small bowl, mix chia seeds with yoghourt.
  2. In mason jar, add oats and a splash of milk; stir to combine. Layer oats with yoghourt, banana and tahini. Seal and refrigerate overnight. Remove lid and serve the next day.
