Tahini-banana overnight oats

- 1 cup yoghourt of your choice
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 3/4 cup rolled Oats
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat milk
- 1 large banana
- 2 tbsp tahini

- In a small bowl, mix chia seeds with yoghourt.
- In mason jar, add oats and a splash of milk; stir to combine. Layer oats with yoghourt, banana and tahini. Seal and refrigerate overnight. Remove lid and serve the next day.
