¾ cup pumpkin, diced
1 Tbsp tomato chutney
2 tsp pumpkin seeds
4 Vita-Weat Sesame Crispbread

- Pre heat oven to 180C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place diced pumpkin on tray and roast for 20 minutes or until soft and starting to turn golden.
- Mash pumpkin and allow to cool.
- 3. Spoon mashed pumpkin on top of each Vita-Weat. Top with tomato chutney and pumpkin seeds.
